Well well well, what to say? We had our baby girl, Vella Blake Thompson, Monday June 7th 2010 at 4:13 AM. She was 6 lbs. and 12 oz, and was 20.25 inches long. Alexis' water broke Sunday about 12:15 PM and we went to the hospital shortly afterwards and waited for things to happen. Alexis did an amazing job and I will let her write more because she has a better perspective then I do. Here are a few pictures right after Vella was born. We don't have to many pictures right now, they are on everyone elses cameras so we will have to gather those up to add more.

I got to hold her shortly after they weighed her and did whatever doctors do.
This was the next night when we slept in a different room.
Vella is sleeping in her rocker right after we brought her home from the hospital.
She's beautiful!!!!! I can't believe my little brother is a daddy... you'll be great!
